About how we work
When we work with clients, we pay special attention to how elements of client's culture (gender identity, race, ethnicity, class and sexual orientation) inform who you are and what you are struggling with. Through evidence-based therapies, we use mindfulness, humour, and warm and committed styles. We approach clients as equal human beings, while also acknowledging, discussing and trying to level power dynamics within the therapeutic relationship.

We adore doing therapy with people, and feel it is a sincere honour to help people through the vulnerable process of healing and transforming their emotional pain.
